01What gets built

From one expensive bottleneck to a working agent

Agentic AI, workflow automation, and the software around them. One bottleneck. One production agent. A human still signs off.

Agents

Agentic AI systems

AI agents that can reason, use approved tools, complete multi-step work, and ask a human when confidence is low.

Get started

Let's automate your business.

Three minutes. You leave with a cost baseline and an agent blueprint — whether we work together or not.

Let's automate your business

A cost baseline

Estimate the hours and operating cost tied up in one repeated workflow.

An agent blueprint

See the trigger, actions, tool handoffs, and exception path for the agent.

A human checkpoint

Define where approval stays mandatory instead of automating blindly.

02How I work

You keep the last click. I ship the system.

A 4–8 week engagement, one bottleneck, working software you can use while we still have weeks left. No six-month black box.

Week 1

01

Diagnose

We map the real workflow, the tools you already pay for, and the bottleneck that is costing time or money.

You
Walk me through a real week: inbox, tools, what gets stuck.
Mohamed
Map the workflow, volume, and the one bottleneck worth a first agent.

03Businesses & use cases

If the job repeats, it can be an agent.

Pick the desk you run. Then pick the bottleneck. The first build is one workflow, not a platform rewrite.

Use cases

Lead intake

Read the inquiry, score it, draft the reply, stage the CRM. A person still sends.

InAgentYou

Documents

Classify, extract, validate, route. Uncertain fields wait in a review queue.

InAgentYou

Support

Triage, grounded answers, approved actions. Sensitive cases stay with a human.

InAgentYou

Reporting

Collect sources, flag gaps, prepare the pack. An owner signs off before it goes out.

Brokerage ops

New-lead follow-up

A buyer inquiry hits the inbox during a showing. The agent scores it, drafts the reply, updates the CRM, and waits. The broker sends or edits. Nothing goes out unreviewed.

Job intake & scheduling

A web form, a voicemail, and a Facebook comment all mean “can you come Tuesday.” The agent gathers the job, flags missing fields, and parks a schedule draft for the dispatcher.

BOLs and rate confirmations arrive all day. The agent reads, extracts, and routes. Low-confidence fields go to a person. The dashboard shows what moved and what waited.

Client handoffs

A signed proposal should start procurement, a kickoff note, and a client update. The agent does the hops. The owner still approves spend and exceptions.

05The first engagement

One workflow. One production agent.

A focused 4–8 week build that proves the operating model before anyone tries to automate the whole company.

First Workflow Agent

$6k–$12k

Fixed after the free audit · 4–8 weeks

4–8 weeks
  • Workflow map, baseline, and success measure
  • One production agent with approved tool access
  • Human review queue and audit trail
  • Integration with the systems needed for the job
  • Testing against real examples and edge cases
  • Team handoff, documentation, and launch measurement

Then $1,500–$2,500 / month, optional — watch exceptions and add the next step.

Technological Innovation Engineering

A small studio with a simple brief: build systems companies can run, not demos they applaud.

Mohamed Bellouch is the founder of Technological Innovation Engineering — a studio that builds practical AI agents, workflow automation, and custom software for growing service businesses.

The work starts with one measurable bottleneck. We map it, give the agent clear tools and guardrails, then ship a system your team can supervise and improve.

08Questions

Straight answers before you write

If you are comparing AI tools, agencies, and freelancers, start here.

Who is this for?+

Operators who can name a repeated job — intake, documents, support, reporting — and put a number on volume. If the work happens every week and delay costs money, it is in range.

Do I need a large dataset or an in-house tech team?+

No. Most useful AI and automation starts with the documents, inboxes, and tools you already have. I build the system and leave you with something your team can run.

How is this different from ChatGPT or another AI tool?+

A chatbot returns text. An agentic system is assigned a job, uses approved tools, follows your rules, records its actions, and hands uncertain cases to a person. It is built into the workflow rather than opened in another tab.

How long does a first project take?+

A focused first build is usually four to eight weeks: diagnose, design, ship a working slice, then expand. Larger platforms take longer and are scoped in phases. The first agent is typically $6k–$12k, fixed after the free audit; ongoing care is optional at $1,500–$2,500 / month.

How do projects start?+

Run the free workflow audit or send a short note. If there is a measurable opportunity, we book a working session, agree on the baseline and first outcome, then start with one workflow.

Do you work remotely?+

Yes. Projects run remotely with clear written updates. On-site workshops can be arranged when the work needs it.
