Overview

CampusSpark was our FEECRA Universiapolis 2026 booth project — a student engagement system built around one idea: make campus life discoverable, rewarding, and connected.

I led the team as project leader, owning the product narrative, technical direction, booth presentation, and the pitch that convinced the expert jury to fund the initiative.

Problem

Students juggle clubs, events, and academic life across fragmented channels. Organizers lack a single place to reach students; engagement is hard to measure and reward.

Approach

  • →Mapped real campus journeys with classmates and club leads before writing specs.
  • →Designed a physical student card + points layer on top of a web platform (peers, events, rewards, growth).
  • →Built the web prototype with Supabase, deployed on Vercel, secured DNS and performance with Cloudflare.
  • →Presented the system live at booth 35 and iterated from jury feedback.

Stack

  • Next.js
  • Supabase
  • Vercel
  • Cloudflare
  • Product design
  • Team leadership

Outcomes

  • Funding secured after FEECRA jury presentation
  • Platform evolved into UniversiapolisClubs.com in production
  • 2nd prize context from prior BoostHub innovation track (May 2025)
