Terms of service

The terms that apply when you use this website, the AI workflow audit, and paid work with Technological Innovation Engineering.

Who these terms cover

These terms apply to visitors of mohamedbellouch.com and to people who submit a contact form, run the AI workflow audit, or engage Technological Innovation Engineering (TIE) for paid work. By using the site or sending a brief, you agree to them. Paid projects are also governed by a written proposal or statement of work, which controls if there is a conflict.

The website and free tools

The site, audit, and public tools are provided as-is for information and lead qualification. Estimates are illustrative. They are not legal, financial, or implementation advice, and they do not create a client relationship. Tools may change or go offline without notice.

Paid work

A first workflow agent is scoped after a conversation or audit. Fees, timeline, included systems, and success measures are confirmed in writing before work starts. Unless the proposal says otherwise, the first build is a fixed fee for the agreed workflow. Optional monthly care is billed in advance and can be cancelled with written notice at the end of a billing period.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, timely access to the tools and examples needed for the job, and a named reviewer for exceptions. You remain responsible for business decisions, compliance in your industry, and anything the agent is allowed to send or change once you approve access.

Intellectual property

Pre-existing tools, methods, and libraries stay with TIE. Custom work product created for you under a paid engagement is licensed or assigned as stated in the proposal. You may not copy, resell, or scrape the public site or tools for competing products.

Confidentiality

Both sides treat non-public business information as confidential and use it only to evaluate or deliver the work. This does not cover information already public, independently developed, or required by law to be disclosed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, TIE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for results that depend on third-party tools, your data quality, or decisions you make after reviewing agent output. Total liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months before the claim.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or tools: no scraping at scale, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no submitting unlawful content. Mohamed may refuse or end work that is unsafe, deceptive, or a poor fit.

Changes

These terms may be updated on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. For an active paid project, material changes to the engagement itself still require written agreement.

Questions about these terms, or the privacy notice, can be sent to contact@mohamedbellouch.com.
